Albert Campagna, Business Manager

Al Campagna is a seasoned business manager with a long track record of success in business and operations management for service organizations in both the private and public sector. His career in health care spans a period over 30 years including management roles in student health, public health, health maintenance organizations, community health, hospital joint ventures and private practice. An invited speaker for several professional conferences, he has authored several articles on medical practice management. For five years he was an active member of the New York Medical Group Management Association board of directors.

Corrie Forcier, Billing Manager

Corrie Forcier brings over 10 years billing experience to our team. She has worked in the medical field in many nt capacities from receptionist to management. She is dedicated to educating and training our billing staff to provide excellent service. Corrie has many years experience working with local insurance carriers, private insurancecarriers, as well as Workers Compensation and Motor Vehicle accident insurances. She will be able to assist you with all of your billing questions and concerns.

Heidi Smith, Office Manager

Heidi Smith is a versatile manager with over 15 years of experience in medical office and hospitality operations. She began her career at Greater Rochester Orthopaedics in the medical records department and has an extensive knowledge in HIPAA compliance. She is committed to providing exemplary care to our patients through the training and mentoring of her employees. She is competent in all aspects of daily practice operations and is available to assist you with any questions or concerns.
